Longfor Intelligent Living - A Leader in Smart Services. Longfor Intelligent Living provides property services across 13 major business segments in more than 100 cities nationwide, with parallel development in residential property services, commercial and office property services, Longfor Youxuan, Gannet Rental and Sale, and Longfor Mercure. As of the end of 2025, Longfor Intelligent Living managed over 2,100 projects, with third-party expansion projects accounting for more than 55% of its portfolio. It serves 3.25 million households. and has maintained a customer satisfaction rate exceeding 90% for 17 consecutive years.
Longfor Smart Construction combines Longfor Group's comprehensive business development experience with industry-leading digital technology to advance smart urban construction. To date, Longfor Smart Construction has secured more than 270 agent construction projects, encompassing a total construction area exceeding 38 million square meters.
